We work directly to customer specifications, including the small quantities typical of prototype and replacement system contracts.
Transformers and inductors for harsh environments
We manufacture windings for military applications, designed to withstand mechanical vibration, shock, wide temperature excursions, electromagnetic interference and corrosive environments. Materials, insulation, impregnation and shielding are selected according to the application profile defined with the customer.
- Mechanical and thermal resistance — construction suitable for vibration, shock and thermal cycling following MIL-STD-810 guidelines
- Treatments for aggressive environments — impregnation, conformal coating and specific protections for saline, humid or high-condensation atmospheres
- Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI) — dedicated shielding and selection of magnetic materials based on radiated/conducted noise
Coaxial cables for communication and radar systems
We produce coaxial cable assemblies for military RF applications: cut to length, stripping and crimping with MIL-spec connectors. The assemblies are suitable for HF, VHF, UHF radio systems, radar equipment, onboard installations and tactical communication instrumentation.
