It forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy and is provided pursuant to article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018) and in implementation of the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority on the use of cookies and other tracking tools dated 10 June 2021.
In short: the site uses only technical cookies necessary for the proper functioning of its basic features (e.g., language storage, cache management, security). Third-party analytical cookies (Google Analytics) may also be used, only upon explicit user consent given through the consent banner. The site does not use profiling or marketing cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited by the user send to their device (computer, tablet, smartphone), where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same sites on subsequent visits.
Cookies are used for various purposes: performing IT authentication, monitoring sessions, storing information about specific configurations for users accessing the server, remembering preferences, and so on.

2.2 By the entity that installs them
- First-party cookies: installed directly by TRA.VE.RO. S.r.l. through the site;
- Third-party cookies: installed by entities other than the Data Controller (e.g., providers of statistical analysis services).
2.3 By purpose
- Technical cookies: necessary for the proper functioning of the site or to provide a service requested by the user. They do not require prior user consent (art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003);
- Analytical cookies: used to collect statistical information, in aggregate or individual form, about site usage. They require user consent when installed by third parties or when they allow user identification;
- Profiling cookies: used to create user profiles and send advertising messages in line with preferences expressed. The www.travero.it site does not use profiling cookies.

3.1 First-party technical cookies

Transfer of data outside the EU: Google Analytics may involve the transfer of personal data to the United States. The transfer is authorized under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework approved by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, to which Google has adhered. 4. How to manage cookies
4.1 Consent banner
