TRA.VE.RO. manufactures custom electromechanical components according to a quality management system certified ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas. For us, certification is not a badge to display: it is the method by which we work every day, from order analysis to delivery of the tested component.
OUR COMMITMENTS
Electrical testing of every batch
All manufactured components are electrically tested before shipment. On request, we issue a test certificate with the measured parameters for each batch.
Traceability from raw materials to shipment
Raw materials, semi-finished and finished products are tracked throughout the supply chain. Job documentation is archived and remains accessible for audits or subsequent requests.
Structured non-conformity management
Formalized procedures to identify, contain and resolve every non-conformity. Corrective actions are documented and verified over time to prevent recurrence.
Internal audits and continuous improvement
Periodic audits and management reviews keep the system alive. Every year we identify measurable improvement areas — not for paperwork, but for product quality.
PRODUCTION PROCESS

Specification analysis and technical feasibility
Every order is reviewed by our engineers to verify feasibility, validate the electrical parameters and flag any critical points before production starts. When useful, we propose design optimizations.

Sourcing from qualified suppliers
Enamelled copper wire, laminations, cores, ferrites and insulating materials come from qualified suppliers and are inspected on receipt according to quality system procedures.

In-house production with in-line controls
All production takes place in our facilities, with winding operators trained for each type of processing. In-process inspections catch any deviation before final testing.

Electrical testing and certification
Every component is electrically tested. On request we issue a test certificate with resistance, inductance, insulation and other parameters relevant to the product type.

Shipment and document archiving
Custom packaging based on component type, tracked shipment and archived job documentation. The complete order history remains available for audits or follow-up.
